Sarah Palin is not bringing up her experience in beauty pageants - her opponents are. So she participated in them to try and make money to pay for college. What is wrong with that? Nobody was born a governor or vice president - every person who has ever been in any office had a life before their election. Move on. Besides - are you saying a beauty queen can be NOTHING more than just a beauty queen? Her winning some beauty contest is not anywhere near the requirements for a strong VP choice. The only reason they are even pointing that out is because it is on her list of accomplishments. I mean sure she is a beautiful woman but lets face the facts, it will not help her in making tough decisions such as the threat from Iran, and the potential of another terrorist attack. Its obvious that she does not have a lot of experience so naturally that will be on her resume but it does not help her make the decisions necessary to ensure a safe America.
That has nothing to do with anything, and no one has claimed that it does. However her many years as Mayor and time as governor has given her executive experience that Obama doesn't have... that and her other life experience bodes well for her self reliance... but I see that Leftist don't care about real issues and continue to use slander, libel, character assassination, lies, innuendo, and the politics of personal destruction as their prime attack. It is a preview of how the country would be run if Obama ever gets elected.
She has a heck of a lot more experience than your pretty boy Obama.


Sara Palin is a strong, influential, intelligent woman, and her beauty is only an added bonus. She stands up for what's important, and she did NOT have an abortion when she found out her child would have Downs Syndrome. She comes from hard working, small town, REAL Americans.


She has family values, and has worked her way honestly up the political ladder. She started out as mayor, then became governer of Alaska, which IS more than a 'block of ice up north.' It holds promise for being independent from foreign oil suppliers who monopolize our energy. And who would know better about energy and Alaska than she?


She is full of ideas that aren't just 'change, 'change' and 'change that change.' She is not an empty suit.


Tell me, what is one CONCRETE, specific promise Dear Barack has made? you let me know about that one.


Though you won't admit it, it is clear that you, other liberals, and the media feel threatened by this well spoken, smart, beautiful woman.
