oooh wet and wild is good and cheap you can go to the dollar store and buy tons of makeup. FOR VERY CHEAP!!!
Pond's cold cream to take off eye make up, and Maybelline Lash Discovery Mascara - they are cheap, but they work very well.
Soap, shampoo, deodorant, toilette paper and razors. You can't live with any of those and you could get all four for under $15.

Depending on if the colouring under your eyes is hereditery or not you could start using a under eye creame like dermalogica for under eye circles to try and lighten it up a bit, but if it is hereditery there isnt much you can do ufortunately. You could try to reduce puffiness with caffeniated tea bags steeped , squeezed and cooled and put under each eye for 10 minutes. For Curling prodcuts im not sure if you mean a tool or a agent to put in your hair.Beauty ????
For the bags under your eyes you can use a cream for it. It's called: Striadril Eye Cream For Orbital Area Application

i think for the black bags under ur eyes u shud use a daily face wash that will improve the look of ur skin and for straitining ur hair i recomend u use bed head flat iorns they may be $80 im preety sure u can get them at walmart or target but i kn they r at walgreens but they really work well and for curling u could use any curling iorn because most r the same.
