I think it is sick. I think 2 piece swimming suits for toddlers are sick. I think make up on children is sick. I don't know what the hell is wrong with these mothers. Those pageants are just creepy. A bunch of 6 year olds dressed up like 20 year olds makes for fine masturbatory fodder for pedophiles. But I suppose sexualizing your children is okay, so long as it's what the kids want. Just ignore that nagging paternal instinct echoing around in that tomb of aqua-net you call a brain.
I doubt that He approves at all. I totally agree with your analogy. I mean, there is NOTHING wrong with thinking your child is beautiful. You SHOULD. Not even anything wrong with MODEST modeling for them, if they get accepted to do so...but to dress little girls up so-what's the word?-whore-able? WHY is that acceptable? I don't get it.
I don't like the child pageants. In all fairness to Jezebel, her sin was not the make up. I do rather think it was classy the way she ';prettied'; up before going to her ugly death. The last thing she did was her eye makeup.
