Is the Cocoa Butter you can buy for beauty products the same ingredient for CHOCOLATE PLASTIQUE?

I'm looking at making Chocolate Plastique for decorating cakes, I can purchase Cocoa Butter over trademe but even though it's food grade the seller isn't sure about it being used for this. Does anyone know if it's sweet?? Also, do you know if it can be purchased elsewhere in New Zealand? Cocoa butter is not sweet, it is simply the natural fat of the cacao bean which is extracted and partially reintroduced to the cacao mass along with sugar and other ingredients when making chocolate. If it is food grade, as it should be, then you can certainly use it.
