It depends on how she wears the makeup and what kind of clothes she wears.

it depends on how YOU know her personality. i.e is she the sort to hang desperately for attention, or is she happy and chirpy and wild etc. only you truly know from your experiences with them as to what they are like..





maybe she's just starting a new phase.


she just might wanna try new things and be expressive or could be inspired my the appearance of an actress or superstar..





on a negative note. she might be trying to impress people or live up to the media's standards and fit in with the rest of our labelled society. .





but again only YOU know what she's like and from fair judgement and knowledge you'll get your answer. if you're concerned about her why not just ask in a polite manner as to what she's getting up to with all these new outfits etc.

Well, she MIGHT be trying to impress someone, or she might just be undertaking some retail therapy :)
i agree with DWarrior it all depends on how she wears it, then again it is just typical girl activity...i think...
As much as I try not to judge people like that,i would think that she didn't have a very high opinion of herself
